Employee Benefits Summary
Kohner Properties, Inc. makes available health, dental, life and short term disability insurance to all regular full-time employees in order to provide financial security for you and your family in times of illness, injury or death. You will be eligible for these benefits as of the waiting periods listed below. Medical and Dental coverage will be in effect on the 1st of the month following your waiting period for the benefit, upon timely submission of the required enrollment forms. These enrollment forms will be provided to you prior to your 90 day waiting period.

All deductions are made on a pre-tax basis, which means you do not pay Federal, State and FICA taxes on the income that pays for your insurance benefits.

Medical and dental benefits summaries will be provided within your first 90 days of employment or upon request.
